ISTJ are:
Serious and quiet, interested in security and peaceful living
Extremely thorough, responsible, and dependable

Usually interested in supporting and promoting traditions and establishments
Well-organized and hard working, they work steadily toward identified goals
They can usually accomplish any task once they have set their mind to it.

Loyal, consistent, orderly, respect fact, sensible, thorough, steadfast, detached, organized, duty bound, careful, practical, reliable, calm, systematic, value tradition, realistic, analytical, honor commitments, focus on tasks, objective, painstaking, reserved, managing details, prefer working alone, doing what should be done.

Often called "Inspector". They have a keen sense of right and wrong, especially in their area of interest and/or responsibility. They are noted for devotion to duty. Punctually is a watchman of the ISTJ. The secretary, clerk, or businessman by whom others set their clocks is likely to be an ISTJ.
