Ayam lodho merupakan salah satu makanan asal Tulungagung yang berupa olahan daging ayam yaitu ayam kampung yang dibumbui dengan berbagai rempah-rempah dan santan. Makanan ini sangat terkenal di daerah sekitar Tulungagung termasuk Trenggalek, Kediri dan Blitar. Namun, makanan ini tak jarang dijumpai di daerah Jawa Timur. Tulungagung sendiri merupakan kabupaten yang terletak di daerah selatan Provinsi Jawa Timur yaitu sekitar 154 km dari Surabaya. Tulungagung terkenal akan produksi marmer, potensi wisata dan kulinernya. Ayam lodho sebagai warisan menu dari berbagai generasi terutama oleh orang lanjut usia masih dipertahankan dengan baik resep aslinya, yaitu kombinasi rempah-rempah yang sulit ditiru daerah lain. Ayam lodho ini merupakan menu tradisional Tulungagung yang menjadi menu yang kerap ada di setiap acara seperti selamatan, acara keluarga, hari-hari peringatan, dan acara penting lainnya.

Ulasan Buku "Sejarah Dunia yang Disembunyikan"

 Sejarah Dunia yang Disembunyikan

Judul buku aslinya dalam bahasa Inggris adalah The Secret History of the World, ditulis oleh Jonathan Black, nama pena dari Mark Booth. Buku aslinya terbit pada tahun 2007, dan aku membeli versi terjemahan bahasa Indonesianya cetakan ke-15 yang diterbitkan tahun 2019.

Awalnya kukira buku ini memuat fakta dari misteri sejarah dunia secara material dan sedikit spiritual yang mendalam. Namun, ternyata sebaliknya, spesifik tentang spiritual lebih ke esoteris. 

Aku sedikit bosan ketika awal-awal membaca penciptaan matahari, bulan, bumi lalu manusia. Hal ini memang sangat banyak versi kalau mau diambil dari beberapa latar belakang, keyakinan dan sudut pandang. Sangat aneh ketika pertama membaca bab ini dan aku kurang tertarik membahasnya. Mirip mitos atau cerita-cerita dari Yunani, Eropa, India, namun memberikan kepastian dan keterkaitan dengan penjelasan-penjelasannya. Aku terus membaca buku ini karena satu bab saling berhubungan dan berlanjut. Aku tidak sabar menantikan misteri apa yang terjadi setelah masehi dan sekitar tahun 1500an. Banyak tokoh terkenal yang dianalisis keterkaitannya dengan esoteris.

Aku ingin mengumpulkan daftar resep buah-buahan dan sayuran yang bisa dicampur dan dibuat sesuatu, seperti jus, smoothies, sari buah dan lainnya. Aku mencoba melihat resep dari produk lokal dan katalog yang ada di internet. Tapi ini bukan promosi ya hehe.. Ini juga bisa jadi ide jualan varian jus. Dan misal ada kelebihan porsi, bisa disatukan dan dijadikan sorbet, es lilin dan es krim. Lalu untuk sisa ektrak atau ampas bisa dijadikan kukis. Selamat membaca dan mencoba.

Waktu itu ada Betty La Fea, Ramona, Esperanza, Por tu amor, La usurpadora, Esmeralda, Isabel, Maria Mercedes, Maria belen, Luz clarita, Carita de Angel, dan Rosalinda. Cuma sekilas aja nontonnya tapi beberapa lagunya bisa keinget gitu. Tapi ada beberapa telenovela yang kalo ga salah judulnya pake Bahasa Indonesia. Next time pengen koleksi liriknya disini hehe. Ohiya, setelah nostalgia di pertengahan tahun 2018, dari sini jadi ngefans sama Thalia dan suka ngikutin lagunya dan juga lagu-lagu berbahasa spanyol.

Korean Dramas I've watched

        I want to archive the Korean dramas I've watched here. I like sageuk and action drama. When I was childhood, I watched on TV cable, then on Youtube, on website, right now we have so many platforms offer drama airing. I followed a few actors at that time and I still like them now and I want to know what dramas they'll be playing then? Like Ji Chang Wook, Yoo Seung Ho, Song Seung Heon, Jang Hyuk, Hyun Bin, So Ji Sub, Song Joong Ki, Lee Minho etc. And the lovely actresses like Song Hye Kyo, Park Shin Hye, Jun Ji Hyun, Son Ye Jin, Kim Tae Hee, Ha Ji Won, Han Hyo Joo, Shin Min Ah, Kim So Hyun, Kim Yoo Jung, Kim Ji Won, Seo Ye Ji, Yoon Eun Hye. Now, new figures with new faces look so young and fresh.

Halo, tulisan ini merupakan sedikit ulasan buku Candide karya Voltaire. Ini ulasan pertama yang aku tulis di blog dan sedikit panjang. Lebih panjang dari ulasan yang kutulis di Goodreads. Candide merupakan buku yang menceritakan tentang Candide, seorang pria lugu yang menyusuri dunia dengan diliputi kesengsaraan, yang ingin menemukan Cunegonde, kekasihnya, seorang putri dari Westphalen.

Aku suka kata-kata yang terangkai oleh penerjemah tentang Voltaire dan bukunya Candide:
